Lee Wilson, MD

Dr. Lee Wilson joined Gadsden Orthopedics in 2011. He attended the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and completed his residency with University of South Alabama Hospitals.

Dr. Wilson has a certification in both Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Alabama Medical Association and the Etowah County Medical Association.

Dr. Wilson has presented and written on a variety of orthopedic-related subjects including obesity and orthopedics, and fixation of rib fractures in octogenarian chest trauma patients, and traumatic asymmetric hip dislocation.

Dr. Wilson speaks fluent English and Spanish. He and his wife, Kate, have two daughters. They enjoy traveling and sports, especially University of Alabama football.
